REVIEWS
We at The Grand are completely committed to pleasing our current and prospective clients. We ask that if you are unhappy in any way with your service or experience at The Grand; to please notify our salon coordinator Tammy Cogbill. If you are pleased with our exceptional service tell everyone!

WALK IN SERVICES
The Grand accepts walk in guests but prefer appointments.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.

CHILD POLICY
For the safety of your child and other guests, children must remain under constant supervision by parent/guardian.

CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice.

GRATUITIES
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, cash or debit cards. Personal checks are accepted, however not preferred.
